This charger is specific for e-lectronics votage regulated 3.0v rechargeable Li-ion RCR123 3.0ic battery. The output is 4.4volts which is not compatible with a standard Li-ion battery. Charger includes 110 volt USA type plug and 12 volt automotive adapter.

This charger is designed only to charge e-lectronics 3.0 IC 600mAh CR123A cells.

Dual color LED indicates charge status- RED for charging, GREEN for fully charged or no battery in charger.
