Order processing time: Orders are processed and shipped with in 24-48 hours. Inventory levels are automatically updated and items with insufficient quantities will not allow checkout. In the event an item is not available for immediate shipment you will be contacted immediately and offered the option of back order or refund.
Where do we ship to: E-lectronics ships Worldwide. Although it is not common, E-lectronics reserves the right to cancel and refund any order due to shipping difficulties.
Shipping Rates: A Shipping rate calculator is available from the shopping cart. You do not need to be logged in to view shipping rates, simply add items of interest to your cart and then view the cart; there is a link to shipping rates at the bottom right of the item list. "Request For Quote" shipping service to customers for requesting special delivery terms. Please contact us or request a quote if you suspect the calculated value is incorrect. Occasionally the weight of a final packed order may weigh less than was calculated allowing for lower shipping costs; in these events E-lectronics will notify you and issue an instant refund reflecting the lower shipping expense.
Requests for Quote: Quotes for both shipping and item costs can be requested. To request a quote, place items of interest in your cart and proceed to checkout; at the Shipping or Payment page there are options for both to select REQUEST FOR QUOTE. When using this request, it is best to provide comments in the order comment box such as desired shipping methods, signature confirmations, tracking, or insurance.
Package Tracking (USA Domestic): Tracking is limited to the shipping method selected. UPS typically provides tracking for all services offered; this tracking information will be provided by email in your order comments. USPS 1st class and Priority mail services offer Delivery Confirmation by default. Delivery Confirmation service will not provide any real time tracking, the only time the parcel will be scanned is upon delivery, until that time the package status will show as “the post office has been notified of a shipment”.In some cases a scan form can be generated when we package and post items, in these case USPS packages will show acceptance of the parcel at the post office although this is not always possible and considered less common.
Package Tracking (International): Tracking is limited to services inclusive to the shipping method selected by the customer. All international packages are shipped by USPS methods and only a few of these services offer tracking or insurance. The lowest cost services [1st Class mail, Priority Mail Flat Rate Box and Flat Rate Envelope] are all regular letter-mail services which do not offer any form of tracking or insurance. Although these services have been low cost and reliable, there is more risk of delays and or loss. These low cost mail services are typically about 10 business days in transit but may vary or experience delays in your counties port of entry. Priority Mail Parcels are estimated 6-10 business days in transit although this is not guaranteed. By default, Priority Mail does not include tracking or Insurance although these services may be included upon request for an additional fee. Express Mail Services are more costly yet they are the best service with tracking and insurance provided.
Shipping Insurance and Guarantees: All Items are sold FOB, this means that the buyer assumes ownership and all responsibilities for items once they are released to the post office. Shipping guarantees are limited to the selected postal services and associated insurance. Note that the default shipping methods available during checkout do not currently provide an option to select insurance although it is available upon request for some shipping services.
Returns: E-lectronics strives for 100% customer satisfaction. All products are guaranteed to be exactly as described. Some items are used or refurbished and will be clearly and accurately identified as such. Defective items or items received “not as described” will be offered an exchange or refund. Returns and exchanges due to incompatibilities are of our discretion and only accepted upon our review. All approved returns must be in good physical condition and not mechanically damaged to be eligible for return.
