Delivery Information

E-lectronics uses several delivery service providers to support customers around the globe. Primary services include United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping services and costs are based on actual item weights and destination, no additional markup is added. Customers are welcome to inquire regarding cost estimates as well.

Shipping information including tracking when available will be sent via email as soon as it is available. Signature confirmation can by applied to any order by your request and may be applied by default to larger orders. If signature confirmation is a concern for you, please contact us prior to your order's shipment.

All items are shipped Free On Board (FOB) which means: ownership of the supplied goods transfers to the buyer once the goods are in the possession of the delivery agent. As a data point of reference, since 2005 we have only experienced two international shipment issues, both were with Italy and lost in the Italian post system. While I will still ship to Italy, I recommend considering a service with insurance.
