Oh, where do I start! There are really no words for the outstanding customer service! When I first contacted Mark he replied within 24 hrs! There ended up being some issues with the site. When he was a where of it, he promptly corrected them and told me the situation. Problem after problem on the site and he fixed each one along the way whilst still responding within the day! He gave me a free headphone boost AND a USB adapter charger to make up for it all. And still gave me a 7% discount when I choose not to! We did have a lovely social chat about a bike ride as well. When my unit came it was beyond my expectations! It’s in very good condition! Although when I revived my order I was missing the remote I purchased to go with it. After emailing him he sent me one, FIRST CLASS MAIL! I got it within 3 days! Marvelous work this man does! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank again Mark!

I really appreciate what you do to these 9002 Boxes. Both units work great and it's been a lot of fun to run 2 zooms at once as previously I could only do that via processing recordings. I have always loved the Zoom 9002 and with your electronics mojo there's even more to love! As Stan Lee might say "Excelsior!!"

This re-furb 9002 is just beyond expectations-realistic or imaginary. I used one particular specimen from about '91-'93. At that time the original didn't fail--it vanished. I suspect a sticky-fingered "friend." Anyway I had opportunity to work through another and then a few years later to use the orange-hued "special Edition" but none of them ever sounded as amazing as this re-furb from E-lectronics. Output is louder, firmer and clearer. Everything good about the 9002 is preserved and then delivered through a better signal/noise interface. I am a huge fan of the pitch shift and flanger patches run through the cascading delays and have to say that even though appetite and starvation hunger is the best spice, this main course is perfectly crafted by a master chef of impeccable taste. The tone defines scrumptious-- if, like me, this was the sound you cut your teeth on, then there is nothing better. Perfect output at usuable instead of anemic levels! And QUIETER at idel while ROARING at volume! Outstanding! If you don't "get" the whole 9002 thing you might still be non-plussed as it is a particular flavor but as far as 9002s go, e-lectronics.net have the mojo workin'!! These little boxes Rock!
